A 6-Week Leadership, Literacy & Entrepreneurship Opportunity for Hampton Roads Youth
October 17 – November 30, 2026 | Ages 10–18 | Online
HomeschoolED Heroes is excited to partner with DREAMbuilders Youth Mentoring Network to connect Hampton Roads homeschool students with the Driven 2 Win READ2WIN Campaign Challenge — a six-week online enrichment experience combining literacy, leadership, financial education and real-world entrepreneurship.
Participants will take part in leadership, literacy, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and personal-development activities connected to the Are You Driven 2 Win? program.
And HomeschoolED Heroes is helping 10 local youth participate!
🎉 HSH is sponsoring 10 students!
HomeschoolED Heroes will cover the required $10 Driven 2 Win digital book for 10 Hampton Roads students.
Sponsorship is limited to one child per household so that we can support 10 different local families.
Have more than one child interested?
Great!
Additional siblings are welcome to participate. Families will simply be responsible for purchasing the required $10 e-book for each additional student.

More Than a Reading Challenge
What interested HomeschoolED Heroes about Driven 2 Win was the opportunity for young people to do more than simply read a book.
The program gives students an opportunity to:

Young people can put those lessons into action through the Driven 2 Win fundraising challenge.
Participants can practice:
Setting goals
Communicating with potential supporters
Marketing
Selling
Team building
Leadership
Tracking progress
Working toward a financial goal
Instead of simply learning what entrepreneurship means, students get an opportunity to experience it.

Participating youth may also qualify for Driven 2 Win cash awards/stipends and prizes based on DREAMbuilders' official campaign requirements.
DREAMbuilders has announced opportunities of up to:
$300 — Driven 2 Win Team Members
$1,000 — Driven 2 Win Student Leaders
Students may also compete for D2W merchandise, recognition, prizes and advancement to the Who's in the Driver's Seat? Game Competition.
All awards, stipends, contest requirements and eligibility rules are administered by DREAMbuilders Youth Mentoring Network.
Participating youth may also qualify for Driven 2 Win cash awards/stipends and prizes based on DREAMbuilders' official campaign requirements.

What Will Students Learn?
Throughout the program, students will be introduced to 40 financial-literacy and entrepreneurship terms, including concepts such as:
Revenue • Net Profit • Cash Flow • Interest • Budgeting • Credit • Marketing • Investments • Equity • Assets • Liabilities • Real Estate • Stocks • Taxes • Return on Investment • Entrepreneurship
Lessons may incorporate videos, music, characters, games, team activities, challenges and individual or group projects designed to make learning more engaging.

Student Success Seminars: First and third Saturdays
Saturday Seminar Time: 2:00 PM Eastern

All activities are online.
Recorded D2W lessons and educational resources may also be available through DREAMbuilders' YouTube channel for additional review.

Families registering additional children can purchase additional copies directly through DREAMbuilders after completing HSH registration.
